Shipping 

UK (Except Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland)

There will be a set shipping charge of £4.95 on all orders up to the value of £150 made on Tennent’s.

When the total value of an individual product exceeds £150 at checkout, a flat shipping rate of £30 will be applied to that item alongside the standard £4.95 rate.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt, orders placed on a Friday will ship on Tuesday or before.

Please note, due to external delivery issues some orders may take longer than our usual service. Our couriers are working hard to limit delays and normal service will shortly resume. If you have any other questions on your order please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

For orders to postcodes in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland there will be a set shipping charge of £9.99.

Free delivery is not currently available for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt, orders placed on a Friday will ship on Tuesday or before.

Accuracy of Address Details

The customer will be responsible for providing accurate contact and address details for all orders.    Should we incur any cost for returns or extra charges billed to us by our courier companies due to incorrect information, these will be charged to the customer.

Receipts

Receipts for orders are automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Product Unavailable to Ship

In the event a product is unavailable to ship, you will be contacted with options for purchasing a different product or securing a refund.

Returns

Please email us on orders@tennents.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll be happy to help!

If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery/ collection, we’ll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Please note that any issues with orders must be reported to us within 30 days of placing your order. We will be unable to assist with any queries out with this period.

If your product is not suitable please return it new and as received to the address below, enclosing your order number and reason for return inside the package. Once we have received the return we will be in touch to process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days after receipt for your refund to be issued.

Sadly we are unable to process returns for any personalised products, unless they have arrived faulty or damaged.
